Against the Wall

Against the wall
My body is cold
I fight the tears
He slaps me harder
Falling to the floor in dismay
The mind goes numb
My body is no longer mine
I only see the blows he takes
He strikes my numb side
His foot bruises my limp abode

Slowly I creep to my knees
With one hand at my throat
He raises me from the floor
Pushing me against the wall
Screaming, “I love you”
Soon we shall both fall
Unzipping with the other hand
He readies himself
As oxygen slithers from my brain
His body pulsates

I close my eyes to fight the tears
As he holds me down
“I love you” he shatters in between the moans
The darkness swallows me
As he pushes, tearing me apart
It burns as he thrusts harder
I want to scream but I fear too much
My body is airless after his touch
And there he leaves my body
Propped up against the wall
