Fraud

  • PC

You’re a fraud, and you know it,
So elegant and eloquent,
Sometimes so good,
You even fool yourself

Master thief with a light-touch,
Pocketing watches, hearts and souls;
Flash and bang to distract,
While you make a painless escape

Imposter, posing as a man,
Slithering serpent in the grass,
Pouncing on the unsuspecting,
Striking with well practiced lies

Not magic, and you know it,
Proud of your rouse;
Unaffected by the destruction,
Left in the wake of your being
